Save it for later and Sommo nudges you 24 hours later; so you can rate when you've actually tasted, not the moment you uncork. Wines added through Tasting Mode now get the full Sommo treatment in the background: vintage information, drinking window, food pairings, and producer history fill in automatically. No empty cards, no re-scanning.
