A Mahjong win can now be completed using a flashing Chow tile discarded by North. Previously, claiming this tile incorrectly restricted the hand to Ordinary Mahjong.
Updated the Knitting hand rules to correctly allow repeated numbers, provided the two suits contain matching tiles.
