Recovery. Strain. Sleep. Readiness — from the Apple Watch you already wear.
Correlate turns your Apple Health data into the daily recovery, strain and sleep scores you'd expect from a dedicated fitness band or smart ring — with no extra hardware to buy, no monthly subscription, and your health data never leaving your iPhone.
◈ YOUR DAILY READINESS
One verdict each morning: push today, or back off and recover.
• Recovery, Strain & Sleep — three scores, one glance
• Health Score that shows what went into it
• Stress Load, daily energy, HRV resilience & Biological Age
• Sleep stages (REM, Deep, Core), sleep debt and consistency
◈ ALREADY WEAR A RING OR A STRAP? BRING IT ALL TOGETHER
• Connect your Oura account (Oura Membership required) to sync readiness, sleep and activity scores automatically — read-only, straight to your iPhone
• Or import Oura and WHOOP official exports, parsed entirely on-device
• Garmin and other watches that sync to Apple Health are picked up automatically
• One place for every source and every score, and your history stays yours if you ever cancel a membership
◈ FIND WHAT ACTUALLY MOVES YOUR NUMBERS
Does late caffeine wreck your sleep? Does a hard run lift tomorrow's HRV?
• A 20-second daily journal: a few yes/no questions you chose
• With vs. Without: how your recovery really looked on days you did a habit vs. days you didn't
• Auto-Discovery scans for real correlations (Pearson r), including delayed effects up to 7 days out — labeled as patterns, never as proof
◈ BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO READ THE NUMBERS
• Pro-grade stats: median, standard deviation, variability, trends and outliers
• Dual-axis charts and scatter plots you can interrogate
• A plain-English coach that shows its work, generated on your iPhone
◈ NO SUBSCRIPTION. NO NEW WEARABLE. TOTAL PRIVACY.
• One-time purchase — no monthly fees, ever
• Works with the Apple Watch and iPhone you already own
• 100% on-device analysis — no account, and your health data never leaves your phone. Usage statistics can be turned off in settings.
Stop renting your health insights. Own them.
Requires an iPhone with Apple Health data. An Apple Watch is recommended for recovery, strain, heart-rate and sleep metrics.
さらに見る Correlate 2.7 connects to your Oura account, so your Oura scores arrive on their own — no more CSV exports.
NEW
• Connect Oura. In Data Sources, connect your Oura account once and Correlate syncs a year of readiness, sleep and activity scores, temperature deviation, nightly HRV and daily stress, then keeps them up to date when you open the app. Requires an active Oura Membership. They sit next to your Apple Health data in the Lab and Deep Dive.
• Already imported an Oura CSV? Synced days extend that history instead of starting a second copy.
PRIVACY
• Read-only: Correlate never changes anything in Oura and never writes Oura data to Apple Health. Your Oura data goes from Oura straight to your iPhone.
• Disconnect any time, and choose whether to keep or delete the Oura data in Correlate.
FIXED
• Swiping to delete an imported series no longer closes the app.
2.7.0 10月16日
Correlate 2.6 brings the mood you log in Apple Health into your correlations, makes the journal easier to keep, and gets your age right.
NEW
• Mood from Apple Health. Log your mood in the Health app (State of Mind) and Correlate turns it into one daily value you can correlate with sleep, recovery, strain or any habit in the Lab. A Mood tile appears on the Dashboard while you have recent entries, and reads your mood as a word — "Slightly Pleasant", not a number.
• Fill in yesterday. If yesterday's journal isn't finished, the Journal tab opens on it first, with a Skip button.
• Contact / Report a Problem, in Data Sources › About, emails us with your app and iOS version attached. No health data is included.
IMPROVED
• Biological Age now uses the date of birth and sex from Apple Health, so your calendar age, heart-rate zones and strain reflect your real age. You can also set them under Biological Age › Edit Profile.
• "Pace of Aging" is replaced by a 30-day change that only calls a trend when it is clear.
• Training load balance waits until it has enough days of data before giving a verdict.
• Wrist temperature shows up on the morning you wake, not a day behind.
• Tapping a reminder opens the tab it's about.
• VoiceOver: on the Journal tab, swipe up or down on the date to move between days.
PRIVACY
• Delete All App Data now removes everything Correlate stores on your iPhone and takes you back to setup. Your Apple Health data is never touched.
• In the EU, UK and Switzerland, usage statistics stay off until you turn them on in Data Sources › Privacy.
Correlate now requires iOS 18 or later.
2.6.0 9月28日
Correlate 2.5 is a new Dashboard, and it works in light mode.
• Recovery, Strain and Sleep lead the page as three rings, with the morning verdict and your HRV right under them.
• Vitals — respiratory rate, resting heart rate, HRV, SpO2, wrist temperature and sleep — each checked against your own recent range, so "Normal" means normal for you.
• Strain is rebuilt from your heart rate minute by minute, so a hard session counts as one. Workouts show up in the Strain detail with their source.
• Every score is now a tile: Body & Recovery, Zone 2, workouts, sleep consistency, sleep debt and everything that used to live under More. Tap any tile for the full detail.
• A month calendar of daily Recovery, Strain and Sleep scores, from the calendar button on the Dashboard.
• Light mode. Correlate follows your iPhone, or pick Light or Dark under Data Sources › Appearance.
• The daily journal is its own tab, and it explains at the bottom how your answers feed the correlation analysis.
• Your verdict appears from day one, computed from the Apple Health history you already have; the 14-day countdown only applies to your first correlation report.
• A shorter first launch: connect Apple Health, optionally pick what you want to figure out, done.
• Mood, food, hydration and symptom logging have left the Dashboard. Existing entries are untouched.
• Data Sources › Privacy: a switch to turn off anonymous usage statistics. Your health data never leaves your iPhone either way.
2.5.0 9月14日
Sleep fixes, prompted by a reader who noticed Correlate had stopped seeing their sleep stages.
• If two apps write sleep for the same night, the one that recorded your stages now wins. Before, a sleep app logging one long "asleep" block could out-rank your watch's REM, deep and core — and the night showed as 100% Core with a quality score stuck at 45.
• Bedtime and wake time now come from the same source and the same night. Falling asleep before midnight no longer produces a phantom late-evening "wake", and an afternoon nap no longer stands in for bedtime — so Sleep Consistency and your circadian profile read your actual schedule.
• Sleep Consistency no longer drops to zero over a single odd night. A red-eye or a sick-day catch-up sleep is left out of the spread, and the card says when that happened.
2.4.1 9月3日
A clearer journey: pick your questions, build a 14-day baseline, get your first real discovery.
• New onboarding: choose 2–3 questions you want answered — your picks decide what the daily journal asks. Health access is requested only when you start, and never before you know why.
• New Today tab: one verdict, one action, and the 20-second journal — answerable inline, with a one-tap "mark remaining as No". Cards appear only when they have something to say.
• Honest first 14 days: instead of premature insights, Today counts down to your first correlation report — because a pattern needs enough days to be worth trusting.
• Your first discovery, celebrated properly: a full-screen moment with the evidence (r, sample size, significance) and a share button. Clearly labeled: correlation, not causation.
• Simpler navigation: four tabs. Coach now lives in Discover as the "Ask your data" entry; Correlate and Deep Dive merged into Lab.
• Removed the Sunday wrap-up popup (a better version will return).
• Environment now shows only what can be measured — UV, temperature and humidity. Air quality and pollen are gone: there was no source for them on your device, so they should never have been on screen, and no insight is built on them any more.
• Workout readiness charts the days you actually recorded, rather than a generated week.
• If Health access is off, the app says so and offers a way to fix it, instead of leaving you with empty rings.
• Sharing a discovery now carries its name with it, so it arrives titled in Messages, Mail and AirDrop.
• Fixed a crash when asking whether something changed, on a yes/no habit you had not logged yet.
• A strong negative correlation no longer reads as good news: the discoveries list and the share card now colour direction the way the result badge always did.
2.4.0 8月31日
A sharper, more consistent look — and a Weekly Digest that gets to the point.
• A refreshed design language: one accent system across every screen — green for your body, blue for actions — with unified cards, cleaner typography, and color-coded metric categories in Deep Dive.
• Correlator, refined: the X and Y axis pickers now carry the app's signature colors, and the date range (7 days to 1 year) moved out of a hidden menu into one-tap chips right above the chart.
• Weekly Digest, redesigned: it now opens with the conclusion — how many metrics improved, what needs attention — with week-over-week comparison bars for every metric.
• Fairer trend colors: improvements are judged by what's actually good for each metric. A falling resting heart rate now correctly shows as progress, not decline.
• Under the hood: cleanup and stability improvements.
All on-device, all included in the one-time purchase — no subscription, ever.

A daily habit journal, answers in your own words, and a brand-new look.
• Daily Journal: track habits like alcohol, caffeine, workouts, or screen time with quick Yes/No check-ins — editable presets plus your own custom habits, with back-fill for the last two weeks. Every answer feeds straight into your correlations, the With vs. Without card, Coach insights, Discover, and your weekly digest.
• Ask Your Data: tap a question — "Does one thing affect another?", "What affects my sleep?", "Did something change recently?" — and Correlate builds the analysis for you: verdict in plain language, the numbers behind it, and an honest note when there isn't enough data yet. You can also just type the question in your own words.
• Coach answers, restructured: every answer now shows Your Data (with the exact figures), What Science Says, and Try This — so you always see why a suggestion was made.
• Habit insights: once you've logged a habit for 5+ days each way, Correlate shows how your recovery, sleep, HRV, or steps really differ on those days — effect sizes included, honestly labeled as patterns, not proof.
• A new icon and a sharper look: the X × Y mark, a unified accent color, and full support for iOS dark and tinted icon styles.
• Fairer scores: an ordinary day now reads as a good day. We recalibrated Health Score and sleep quality around your personal baseline, stopped punishing brief nighttime stirrings the watch over-counts, and added a percentile line so you always know what your number means.
All on-device, all included in the one-time purchase — no subscription, ever.

Your wearable's scores, correlated — and insights that find you.
• Import your Oura & WHOOP data (Oura Trends CSV, or the WHOOP export .zip as-is — no unzipping). Recovery, Readiness, Day Strain, HRV, skin temperature and more line up right next to your Apple Health metrics. Parsed 100% on your iPhone.
• Correlate anything against anything: imported scores work on either axis, in Auto-Discover, the correlation matrix, causality, and Deep Dive.
• See what your habits actually do: import your WHOOP journal and a With vs. Without card compares your recovery, sleep, or HRV on the days you did vs. didn't — you can even highlight those days right on the scatter chart.
• Delayed effects, caught: Correlate quietly scans delays of up to a week and offers a one-tap suggestion when a lag tells a stronger story.
• New Sleep Consistency score — how steady your bed and wake times are — on the Dashboard, the Sleep view, Discover, and your weekly digest.
• Coach now spots behavior patterns for you, honestly labeled as patterns, not proof.
• Export Everything: your whole history — every metric and imported series — in one CSV.
• Optional new-discovery alerts (off by default, computed entirely on-device).
• Charts explain themselves with a tap, trends scrub back through past days, and significance labels are now backed by exact statistics.
Thanks for using Correlate!
2.1 7月11日
• Slide to inspect — drag your finger across any trend chart to read the exact value and date at each point. Now on every chart in the app.
• More accurate sleep duration — if you use more than one sleep tracker, or sleep past midnight and into the morning, Correlate now picks your most complete source for each night and counts the full night. Totals that looked too low are now correct.

1. Smarter Correlations
The Correlator now goes beyond simple correlation. Granger Causality Analysis reveals which metric actually drives which — see if poor sleep causes low HRV, or if it's the other way around, with lag detection up to 7 days. No more guessing which metrics to compare. Auto-Discover scans all your data and surfaces the top 5 strongest correlations automatically. Just tap any discovery to explore it.
2. Deep Dive Upgrades
Natural language insights now appear at the top of every metric's statistics view, telling you what the numbers mean in plain English — like "Your latest Steps is 15% above your average — great."
Star your most-used metrics for quick access. Favorites appear at the top of the Deep Dive list so you can skip the scrolling. Swipe any metric to add or remove it.
3. Personal Records
Track your all-time bests across 9 key health metrics. See when you set each record, and get alerts when you're within striking distance of beating one.
4. CSV Data Export
Export any metric's data as a CSV file directly from the Deep Dive detail view. Share with your doctor or analyze in a spreadsheet — your data, your way.
5. Quick Actions
Long-press the app icon to jump straight to Correlate, Deep Dive, or Discover — no need to open the app and navigate.
6. Under the Hood
Major architecture refactoring for improved stability and faster data loading. Consolidated shared types, split large services into focused modules, and enabled dependency injection across all view models for better reliability.
Improved stability and performance across the app. Enhanced data analysis accuracy for health metric correlations. Bug fixes and minor UI improvements.
