Make everyday wellness easier to follow.
Easina brings camera-based heart rate estimates, a BMI calculator, and a blood sugar log together in one place.
Check Your Heart Rate
Use your phone’s camera to estimate your heart rate. Follow the on-screen guidance, view your result, and explore your heart rate trends over time.
Calculate Your BMI
Enter your height and weight to calculate your body mass index (BMI). BMI is calculated from the information you provide, not measured by the camera.
Keep a Blood Sugar Log
Manually enter blood sugar readings obtained from an external source, such as a glucose meter. Keep your readings together for easy reference. Easina does not measure blood sugar using your phone’s camera or sensors.
Review Your Records
Return to your heart rate results, BMI entries, and blood sugar records to review the information you have saved.
Important Information
Easina is intended for general wellness and personal record-keeping. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care or a medical measuring device. Always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional in addition to using this app and before making medical decisions.
