IC 読み取りとプロフィール設定が上手く動きません。IC読み取りNGは、スマートフォン側の仕様が様々なので、使用条件によっては読み取りを失敗する可能性は高いと思います。しかし、リリース前に主要な機種と各国パスポートダミーで実機検証を十分やっているかは疑問が残ります。プロフィール設定NGはTDAC初期と同様に、受け手側の処理が追いついていない状況と想像します。負荷実績を根拠として予算が付けばサーバ増強されるでしょう。タイ国籍以外のユーザは待つしかない所と思います。また、プログレスバーなどを使ったアプリ動作状況表示がされないためユーザーは状況把握ができないUIデザインとなっています。アプリ側都合のデザインになっており考え方がオールドスタイルです。
NFCスキャンのエラーで登録できず

他の方の指摘にもあるように、パスポート登録時のNFCチップ登録時にエラーが出て登録ができません。何度試しても、スキャン機能が起動しても、40％ほど読み込んだ段階で“Unable to detect your NFC passport.”のエラー表記が出ます。アプリの再起動、使用端末(iPhone14)の再起動、別端末(iPhoneSE)からの登録も試しましたが症状変わらず。また、NFCスキャン以外の登録を済ませて、改めてスキャン登録をしようとしても、「◎ 本人確認保証レベルを上げるため、今すぐパスポートのNFC認証を行ってください。」の表示はあるものの登録に進む先が見つからず、再登録不可となっています。既にThimの運用が始まっており、入国に際し必要との情報を聞いていただけに、困惑しています。

Still very bad experience. Why we have to input name address passport address every time ? Why don’t set in user profile ?If not , make template function or copy last data function. Very bad , how much Thai government use tax for this app?
