HOW IT WORKS
Pick the apps that eat your day and set how many minutes you get. Press one button. From then on the list holds until midnight. There is no password to type and no button inside the app that hands them back early.

Every day you hold your limit earns XP. XP moves you up levels and through ten ranks, from Rookie to Unplug King. Your streak counts the days you kept going. Badges and trophies for the things you actually did, not for opening the app.

Three small jobs a day. Go for a run, call someone, cook something. Take a photo when you are done and the app checks it. You get XP, and minutes back on your limit.
