Torii Guide helps visitors learn respectful shrine and temple manners. Use the camera or photo library to interpret an omikuji, review cultural notes, save omikuji history, and keep local goshuin visit records. The manners guide, mini guide, and saved records work offline. Omikuji interpretation requires a network connection. Omikuji interpretation uses an external AI service: only after you agree on a consent screen, the selected photo is resized on your device and sent through our server to Google Gemini. Our server does not store the image. The free version shows banners introducing our other apps (no third-party ad SDKs, no tracking).
Available in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Every screen follows the language you choose.
Torii Guide Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The free version includes 3 goshuin visit records, the basic guides, and 1 omikuji interpretation. Premium unlocks unlimited goshuin visit records, four detailed guide sections, omikuji interpretation up to 20 times per day, and hides the in-app banners. Please check the price and whether a free trial is offered on the App Store before purchasing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
