From the very moment I placed the order, I had been trying to change the address. I tried calling the driver, I put the adjusted address in the notes, and I got in contact with customer support to potentially get in contact with the driver. No dice. No matter my effort, I was unable to change the delivery address. I tried so hard. I tried so incredibly hard fix the address long before the driver left the restaurant with the order. It is inconceivable how the error is programmatically possible and what a disappointment. Goodbye DoorDash. Such a simple modification before the driver left the restaurant should have been a simple customer derived changed. I never received my food as a result. I really want to fight for a refund but at the very least. App deleted.

カナダのマクドナルドで5000円注文したのですが、家に届かなくカスタマーセンターに問い合わせるも返金できないと一点縛り。電話とチャットを合計10回以上したが途中で勝手に終了させられる。いまだにお金が返ってきません。ウーバーイーツの方が絶対にお勧めです。I ordered 50$ from McDonald's in Canada, but I couldn't reach my house and contacted the customer center, but I tied it up because I couldn't get a refund.I made more than 10 calls and chats in total, but I can end it on the way. The money hasn't been returned yet. Uber Eats is definitely recommended.

I got mail from doordash and it has promo code on it , so my first time I got doordash app and created account and I ordered food also I put on promo code however it’s not working …I did contacted to agent / customer support. They said I’m sorry and second person said after I got delivered I have to contact to them again so they can send me $10 . After I got food I contacted to agent again and now they says I have to wait 3 h so doordash will send me messages by email. It’s long process and you don’t get support as soon as possible. You wasting time and money. I think door dash is scamming people to make them create accounts or download app . Scamming people is why do you send mail and it has promos code on it and it’s not even works …
