アップデートしたら、サーモグラフィー画面が表示されなくなった。 設定を見ると、接続済みになってます。 初代FLIR ONE を使っている人はアップデートしない方がいいです。追記：アプリのアップデートが来たので、インストールしてみましたが、初代は動かないです。対応するつもりがないのであれば、旧バージョンを別のアプリとしてリリースしていただきたいです。

残念ながら、最新の iOS と互換性のある新しい FLIR ONE アプリ 5.1.x は FLIR ONE Gen 1 カメラをサポートするように開発されていません。 ただし、古いアプリが電話機にインストールされている場合、FLIR ONE Gen 1 は iOS 12.5.3 を搭載した iPhone 5/5S で引き続き動作します。 最新の FLIR One EDGE Pro または FLIR One PRO への FLIR ONE アップグレード プログラムについて知りたい場合は、http://flir.custhelp.com/app/ask にチケットを送信してください。ご連絡いたします。
