I always use world remit for sending money to African country. There were no troubles so far, but once my friend made a mistake sending me her wrong number. However, once I explained the situation in detail, and my friend also contacted at her side, then it went well. The customer support center sent me email and did their best. I really appreciate that.

I wasn’t so sure at first if I should use this app.Fortunately, of all the the remittance/ money wiring services I used, this is the most reliable and has the highest exchange rate of currency. Yet super fast transaction at a super low cost of service fee and wiring. The interface of the app is super user friendly as well, as long as you saved your fast transactions, the next will be as easy as 123! If you pay thru credit card, the recipient will receive their money within minutes no matter where you are. I am very pleased with their services and right now it’s the only service I’m using and will ever use. Highly recommended. :)

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I got no replies at all from their customer services on Facebook messenger, email, and even phone call. Their apps says that 95% of their transfers only takes less than an hour, but it’s misleading. I’ve been waiting for many days and ALL of my transactions were not processed within 24hrs (sometimes it takes 3-5days!!!) My last transaction, the receiver din not get the money. World remit is demonstrating a FRAUD behavior! It’s really frustrating that I lost money through this remittance. Not gonna use this platform again EVER after I am finished waiting for my last transfer to be completed. It’s the worst. Too slow. Very UNRELIABLE. Customer service is a nightmare!

I used to be a patron but their service recently has become very disappointing. For example, my transfer got automatically cancelled because of a "system error", and I was advised to recreate another transaction again. I already sent the funds, but my transfer never pulled through. I connected with live chat to follow up on my issue but it is the same response every damn time. It is very inefficient that they do not have turnovers between chat sessions so each new agent will have to ask all the info from you again. They could not inform me the reason why it was cancelled; so much for transparency. The call center also does not help at all; in the beginning it will tell you to wait 5 minutes, but then it becomes longer and longer, and you will never be able to talk to a customer service representative. Such a magnificent waste of time. Very disappointed
