myViaPath, formerly GettingOut, is the official app for participating correctional facilities, supporting millions of family and friends with simple tools to search, communicate, and offer support.
Getting started is easy. Find your loved one and their facility, create an account, and myViaPath will guide you through the services available to you.
With myViaPath, you can:
• Send and receive messages
• Share photos
• Send video clips
• Send eCards
• Deposit funds to your loved one’s eligible account
• Manage your account and payment methods
Every facility is different. Services and availability vary by correctional facility.
