デルタの計算を正確に
建玉のあるオプションがイン・ザ・マネーだと、デルタが１や➖１（最大値）として扱われたり、あるはずのデルタが０扱い（デルタとして認識されない）になることが、よく起こります。改善望みます。
また、パソコンでの取引ツール（MarketSpeed I or I I)にある証拠金シミュレーションを、iSPEED先物にも導入してほしいです。
ミスを誘発するアプリ
信頼して使用してましたが、注文や約定の照会画面に「絞り込み」と同列に「全決済」があり、注文から決済までに工夫がされておらず、オーダーロックなしで全決済が決行され、ミスを誘発します。簡単に言うと、お子様が触れただけで決済注文されます。
本アプリには、ASスピードやサークルメーターといった専用注文画面が用意されていますが、名ばかりで、私自身は『スピード決済(注文)向け』だと思っていたのですが、問い合わせした楽天証券のオペレーターがいうには、照会画面にある全決済ボタンは、照会した人が急いで決済する人のためのボタンなのだそう。
じゃあ、スピード注文にある全決済って何？？ASスピード注文やサークルメーター注文にオーダーロックがあるのに、照会画面にオーダーロックがないのはなぜ？つまり、照会画面が急いでる人向けなわけ？なんなん？
日本語って何？
注文や約定を照会しただけで、財産を失うアプリですよ。
お金のことなので、笑ってはいられないのに、そんな不具合はない、そんな問い合わせはないとスルーされました。
問い合わせを重ねないと直さないらしいです。(真剣)
証券会社なのに、アプリの仕様に興味がなく真剣に取り組まない。お客様の意見に耳を傾けないなんて本当に頭にきた。
その他、iSPEEDのアプリには、「エクスプレス注文」という設定があり、同意書を長々と読ませたあげく、同意ボタンが押せない。ボタンを押せないから使えない。
飾りかよ。
ミスを指摘してもなおさない。連絡もない。アップデートしても同じ仕様。
稚拙な仕様で、金銭を扱うアプリとは思えない不具合だらけ
です。
☆☆いろんな会社を試しましましたが、もし迷ってるのなら他の証券会社の他のアプリの方がぜんぜんいいと思う。ちゃんと話を聞いてくれて、道理がわかる会社が良いと思う。☆☆
この後に上記不具合が直ってたら、認めたってことでしょ。そしたらこの書き込み思い出して笑ってください。
まず不具合だらけのアプリを世に出したことを謝れ。誠意を持って返済しろ。

資産を守れないアプリ
先物取引するためこのアプリを使ってみました。
絶対ダメな点
「逆指値付き通常注文」はロスカット注文付き通常注文ではありません。
指値が刺さったあと、予想とは反対方向に行きました。ロスカット注文だしてあるから、微損ですむ。とか思ってたら、ロスカットされてなく酷い目にあいました。
また約定しても、スマホに通知などでませんので、始終スマホ見るようになります。
その点を、楽天証券のサポートに連絡して改善希望したら「そういう声はたしかに聞きますが、他にも色々やることがあるので」と信じらんない回答。改善する気はないのだと思います。
せめてロスカット注文くらい、新規注文と同時に出来る様にしてほしいです。
