KeptBook is a calm, notebook-style companion for looking after the things you own. Record your belongings, set simple care plans, and see at a glance what needs attention, so a bicycle chain, a dryer vent or a wooden table never gets forgotten.
Everything lives in a warm paper-and-ink notebook design that is easy to read and pleasant to use every day.
KEY FEATURES
- My Items
Keep a tidy list of your belongings, grouped by category: Bicycles, Appliances, Furniture, Electronics, Garden and Other. Add a name, an optional purchase date and your own notes. Search by name or notes to find anything quickly.
- Care Plans
Give any item one or more repeating care plans, such as "Clean and lubricate chain" every 30 days. KeptBook works out the next due date from your last completion and the interval you choose.
- Care Planner
Switch between Overdue, Upcoming and Completed care work. Mark a task as done with the date and an optional note, and review the full completion history whenever you need it.
- Dashboard
A friendly summary shows how many belongings you are keeping, how many need attention, and the next care dates coming up.
- Private by design
KeptBook works entirely offline. Your account and records stay on your device and are never uploaded or synced. Passwords are stored as salted, hashed verifiers, never as plain text.
- Account control
Create an account, log in and out, and permanently delete your account and all of its data from the device at any time from Settings.
WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone who wants a simple, private way to remember routine upkeep: cyclists, home owners, renters, gardeners and anyone who likes things to last.
