In Scroll mode, a tap near the left or right edge no longer turns the chapter right after you scrolled: a flick can no longer cost you your place in the book Keep scrolling past the end of a chapter and the next one opens, so you never have to aim at an edge to carry on reading If you chose double tap to show the bars, the side zones now follow that choice in Scroll mode instead of turning the chapter on a single tap

Dark and Black themes now make the book's own text readable: an EPUB that sets its text colour itself no longer shows black on black New order control on a series: list volumes and chapters last to first, to reach the end of a long series without scrolling through it. Kept per account, and the reader still moves through chapters in reading order

A double-page spread saved as one wide image now takes the whole screen on its own, instead of being squeezed into half of it next to an unrelated page New setting "Page pairing" in the reader: shift the pairing by one when a double-page spread is split across two screens. In scroll mode, the first lines of a chapter no longer run under the notch or the Dynamic Island Fixed EPUB text staying small no matter the font size: most books were being laid out as a wide desktop page and shrunk to fit the screen, so 32 px looked like 13. Sizes now mean what they say, and pinch-to-zoom is no longer needed

New "Finished" filter in a library: every series you have read through, grouped by the month you last read it New "Statistics" screen in Settings: series finished, series in progress, pages read, and your most read series Statistics are counted once, then follow your reading on their own — the screen opens instantly and still shows its last figures with no connection, with the date they were counted Reading time is shown as an estimate, and says so: Kavita does not time your reading

Reading lists can now be filled from the app: a button on the series page adds it to any list, or to a new one you name on the spot — and tapping a list it is already in takes it back out. The Reading Lists tab creates empty lists, and a list's own page has a reorder button — drag the entries into the order you want — plus a menu on each entry to move or remove it Collections can be filled from the app too, from the same button: add the series to a collection, or to a new one — and touch it again to take it out Read in landscape on iPhone, which the app never allowed: turn the phone and a comic shows two pages side by side, the way the book was drawn. "Want to Read" is now in Klibri: the read-later list you already have on your Kavita server. Find it pinned at the top of the Lists tab on iPhone, and just under Home in the iPad sidebar Add or remove a series with the bookmark button on its page — a long press on a cover in the list removes it too The home screen shows a "Want to Read" row, right under "In progress" Read it offline: Klibri can preload the first unread chapter of each series, the first three, or the whole series — over Wi-Fi only if you prefer. Turned off until you choose in Settings Preloaded chapters clean up after themselves, once read or after a delay you set, and removing a series from the list deletes what was preloaded for it. Downloads you started yourself are never touched Home screen covers are a little smaller and the sections tighter, so more fits on screen

Webtoon reading: a chapter is now marked as read as soon as you reach its end. Chapters ending with a short page — a credits page, for instance — stayed stuck just below 100% and were never marked as read The "Continue" button now fits its label on narrower iPhones instead of breaking it across two lines
