Driver’s didn’t give me back changes

As other reviews have mentioned, several drivers did not return change when I paid with larger bills. The amount was small and I would have tipped it anyway, but not even attempting to give the correct change felt unprofessional and disrespectful.Interestingly, when I was with my European friend, we received the correct change every time. This makes me question whether some drivers treat customers differently.Even KOKKOK is cheaper, I liked LOCA more because I could pay by card and things like this never happened.

午前中にしても、午後にしても、全然配車がされません。これを使って観光地を巡ろうと思ってましたが、これだけ捕まらないとただのストレスです。結局はレンタル自転車を使いましたが。夕方になるとナイトマーケットの近くに止まってんの見かけますが、日中はそんなに予約が入るのでしょうか？絶対数が足りてないのか？ビエンチャンで使うことを期待していましたが、非常に残念です。

午前中にしても、午後にしても、全然配車がされません。これを使って観光地を巡ろうと思ってましたが、これだけ捕まらないとただのストレスです。結局はレンタル自転車を使いましたが。夕方になるとナイトマーケットの近くに止まってんの見かけますが、日中はそんなに予約が入るのでしょうか？絶対数が足りてないのか？ビエンチャンで使うことを期待していましたが、非常に残念です。
