At Koski, we are driven by a singular mission: to redefine how properties are posted and viewed online through innovation and purposeful technology. Founded on the belief that posting the property online in India is still not common because of dated technology which is chaotic, time consuming and expensive, which we want to change by incorporating innovative ways of posting and viewing the properties. We have designed our platform in a way where all the properties can be seen on maps with accurate location, reducing user’s work load while posting and searching the property.
With a commitment to solve the most common problem in the online property listing industry, we came up with following solutions:
o When posting a property, our users can pin the location of their property on the map which will help the prospective buyers to get an accurate location of the property.
o More than two-thirds of India's population reside in rural areas, where an accurate address is not available to identify the property, especially plots and marking the property’s location on maps makes it simple.
o In case of posting a Plot, users can also mark the boundary of the plot to help viewers see the actual area of the property.
o All listed properties are given equal importance and will be viewed when searching in that area.
o We have incorporated a feature that will help our users find properties in areas where there is no property posted by anyone. This feature is “Post Requirement”. You can now highlight an area on maps where you want to buy/rent something and people can see your requirement and contact you directly.
