Cheezlate
This is probably the best video looper out there. However, i am no longer able to loop parts of the video; only the entire video. Don’t know if this is a bug or a deliberate choice for developers, but I hope this feature is added back in.

Hi there, thanks for your review! You can now select just a part of your video to Loop when selecting it from camera roll! ;)
