PRIVACY & DATA PRACTICES
MagGit is designed with privacy at its core:
• NO THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES — MagGit does NOT send any code or user data to any third-party AI service, machine learning API, or external analysis tool. All code detection is performed entirely on your device.
• DATA ACCESSED — The app only accesses publicly available GitHub repository data (repository metadata and source code files) via the GitHub REST API (api.github.com).
• ON-DEVICE ANALYSIS — All heuristic pattern analysis runs locally on your device. No code leaves your device for analysis.
• NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED — MagGit does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, user accounts, emails, or browsing history.
• NO EXTERNAL SERVERS — Analysis results are never stored on or transmitted to any server.
• CONSENT — The app requests your explicit permission before accessing any GitHub data, and you can revoke consent at any time.
