Feel like I’m flailing around with these games! I’m not a computer gamer AT ALL! Just trying to get thru these games. Very definitely taking a lot more time than the 20 minutes a day I committed to❗️Why can’t I submit this review ❓❓❓My response to support .I continued trying to work with the app for the palace’s. I was prompted to do transfers. Of the I guess activities that I worked on yesterday. I will tell you that I was directed to identify the objects in the same room at least five times, even after multiple perfect identifications! I don’t understand the purpose of making me do the same thing over and over and over again when there was no room for improvement!

Within the 'Profile' section of your app, there is a 'Support' option that allows you to contact us directly. While navigating your Virtual Memory Palaces, you can tap the three lines in the top corner to adjust your settings. In the near future, we plan to release navigation updates to make using the palaces even more seamless. To share a bit more about recreating the rooms multiple times, it sounds like you're referring to the 'Transfer' section of memoryOS. This feature leverages spaced repetition to combat the forgetting curve and reinforce your memory over time. Even after perfect recreates, repeatedly transferring rooms strengthens the neural pathways in your brain, helping build a structured mind drive in your long-term memory for further use. Each successful transfer builds a stronger folder-like system, creating a powerful foundation for future memory management. Coupled with the lessons we offer, you can learn how to encode, store, and recall needed information with the use of the Memory Palaces and the rooms that you already know well. Once the Loci in a room are 'transferred' to long-term memory, they serve as folders, allowing you to attach pieces of information, such as facts, numbers, names, concepts, and anything else that is important. This process ensures long-term retention, making it easier to remember even complex things effortlessly over time, just like World Memory Champions do.We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the temporary bug when submitting the Contact Us form.
