【Bug Fixes】
1. Improved announcement dialog display control
- Fixed an issue where the same announcement would be displayed again on the next app launch if the dialog was closed by tapping outside
- The dialog is now correctly marked as shown regardless of how it is closed
2. Fixed keyboard display issues on support chat screen
- Fixed an issue where the send button was covered by the keyboard and could not be pressed
- The keyboard can now be dismissed by tapping outside the input field
