前まで無料期間で楽しめる範囲でフィルターなど使用してましたが、ある時から無料フィルターすらも保存できないようになりました…。今までありがとうございました。

コメントありがとうございます、ごく一部のVIP機能だけを有料で使用する必要があります。Mixを使用するためにVIPサービスに加入せずに使用したい場合は、Mixを開いてください -> カメラ -> フィルター -> クラウンロゴのついていない非VIPフィルターを選択して無料で使用することができます。その他の機能も同様です、ありがとうございます。

アカウント削除ができない

機能的には申し分ないのですがアイコンの変更、電話番号の登録、なによりアカウントの削除ができません。メールを送信しましたと表示されて確認してもそのようなメールは1件もありません。アカウントの削除ができないようじゃ話になりません。そこの点は何をしてでも改善すべきだと思います。

機能的には申し分ないのですがアイコンの変更、電話番号の登録、なによりアカウントの削除ができません。メールを送信しましたと表示されて確認してもそのようなメールは1件もありません。アカウントの削除ができないようじゃ話になりません。そこの点は何をしてでも改善すべきだと思います。
