良い機能盛りだくさん

運動だけでなくリラックスする(呼吸だけに集中する)、というメニューもあり、これが意外といい。仕事中についつい前のめりになりリラックスなんて忘れてしまいますが、大事なことをリマインドしてくれます。規則正しく運動を入れることも出来てすごくいい。あとは長続きすれば良いです(^^;
