The worst site!
I will never buy from Mytheresa again.
When I bought a T-shirt, I received one with lipstick on it. I contacted the customer center and they told me to send it back, so I sent it back, but then I couldn't shop on the site. It is definitely a problem on Mytheresa side, but they are the worst shop to blame customers for their mistakes.
