やっと出会えた！
本当に上質なワクワクするオンラインショッピングです。包装がとても綺麗でプレゼントが届いた気分になります。自分へのご褒美に！友人へのプレゼントに最適です！
対応が突然最悪に
3年ほど前から利用しています。
今まで購入経験も返品経験も多々ありますが、誠意の感じられるご対応を頂いていました。
最近久しぶりに返品させて頂いたところ、返品後2週間経ってもメールなど何のご連絡もなく、不安になってDHLの配達完了記録を添付してメール連絡しました。
しかし回答は英語で、こちらの説明をほぼ無視したような返答で的を得ませんでした。
日本語のお客様ダイヤルにかけても営業時間中は「営業時間外ですので、おかけ直しください」夜になると自動で英語ダイヤルに飛ばされます。
その後日本語がわかる方がこの会社からいなくなったのかもと英語でこれまでの経緯を書いたメールを、お送りしさらに2週間経ちますが一向に音沙汰なし。
電話も平日日中何時に電話しても営業時間外だそうです。
とりあえず不安でしかないですし、お金がどうなってしまったのか…
確かに国内で買うよりもお値打ちで未入荷品も買えますが、もう信用は完全に無くなりました。
偽物が届きました。
どこからどう見ても偽物
のような商品が届きました。
当日到着いたしまして
当日返品手続きをしています。
なぜ偽物かどうか分かったかというと
同じ商品を持っていましたので
比べさせていただきました。
このサイトは安全だとネットでは
書き込みがあるようですがおそらく
お金をもらってブログを書いているのだと思います。
その証拠にブログの文が商品は違えど
一語一句同じでした。
本当に残念です。
皆さまにも被害を受けて欲しくないため
