良ブランドの商品多数、値段も手頃。検索機能に問題有
類似のアプリを多数利用していますが、商品数最高レベルです。プロモーションも多いですし素晴らしい。
しかしアプリの実装には問題があります。
特に検索機能に問題があります。マイデザイナー（お気に入りブランドのみ表示 ）で検索すると、本来は商品種別が入るはずの「カテゴリー」欄にデザイナー名が入ってしまいます。例えば「お気に入り全ブランドの中からコートを探したい」などの検索ができません。恐らく単純なミスだと思いますので、まずはご確認いただきたく、お願いいたします。

カートで表示されていた金額と、決済された金額が違いました、、ショック
安いにはやはりそれなりの理由が
安い。取り扱いブランドも豊富。
ハイブランドのバッグが5万円ほどで購入できるのは魅力的。
でも安いにはそれなりの理由があると感じる。以下はその理由。
・売られている商品の二軍感。通常の販売期間中にどうしても売れ残った商品を仕入れて安く販売してる感満載の商品ばかり。売れなかった=デザインが悪いと伺わせる品物がやっぱり多い。
・そうするとデザインに一目惚れではなく、長く使えそうなシンプルで質のいいものをお得に買いたいと考えるのだけど、トップスにしろブーツにしろバッグにしろ、見た目はともかく使い勝手が悪そうなものやFauxレザー、ペラペラっぽいニットなど、よく見れば9割がたケチをつけられるものばかり。たまに掘り出し物を見つけたと思っても、ブランド品の値引き商品をそこまで買いたいのかと我にかえる程度のものだったりする。
・アプリの使い勝手としては、個別の商品ページからそのブランドのページに飛ぶことが出来ず、新たに検索し直さなければならない所が引っかかる。
結果、個人的にはYOOXでセール期間中に一目惚れしたものを購入するのが一番良いのではと思います。
最悪
まず、ここの大元はYOOXになります。
倉庫も国内にあるのに関税と基本発送料2200円をかけてきます。
今回、頼んでいた荷物を勝手にYOOX指示で返品されました。
又、商品の在庫が確保できなかったと注文から2週間経ってから言われました。
私はサイズがかなり難しい体型なので海外ブランドによってはOUTNETのサイズ表記など参考にならないため返品交換を申請するのですが、返品交換が続くと注文をキャンセルされるようにもなりました。
対応も遅く態度も悪いです。
問い合わせても時間がかかると言われ塩漬けされそのまま放置です。
問い合わせは電話で後日になるかもと言ってそのまま放置が多いです。
発送時の梱包状態も悪く、乱雑に荷物が入ってます。
在庫の保管状況も悪く、ヴァレンティノのスウェードのサンダルはカビが生えてました。
ドレスはシワシワで届き驚きました。
本当に不快な思いをすることが多く、もう利用をこの度やめることにしました。
一人でも多くの方が被害や不快な買い物をされないよう注意喚起としてこのレビューを残します。
