Wasting my time to let you know the reasons as No trust you will change this. Furthermore, as reviewed other’s comments, you are not willing to listen to what customers have complained about.
1. Worst customer service ever, does your company really thinks AI chat will solve all issues? Then, invest more to educate AI to do better-qualified activities.
2. Emergency call center had no authorization to solve the issue and kept asking to contact AI chat
3. No management team or Human being replied to my issue by email or phone and kept asking me to communicate with AI chat. Chat response time took a long time.
4. Worst system, malfunctioning reservation system
Bad quality of the entire service - 1st reservation request at 7:40 pm due to the flight arrival at 6:30 pm. But noticed it was automatically changed to reserve at 00:15 am. so canceled it.
2nd reservation happened again. I requested at 7:40 pm but it was automatically changed to 00:40 am again. Unluckily, I did not notice this and tried to change the time to 7:40 pm.
Not able to change the time with AI chat, kept asking to wait for confirmation, and finally lost sufficient time to deal with this and canceled the service at 00:40 am which automatically twisted with my original request at 7:40 pm. So true that I should pay for your system problem with automatically changing my reservation time? Does your company believe that I should be charged a 100% cancellation penalty fee of JPY5,650 yen for no service I received? No choice to adjust my time on the day? Do not talk about your cancellation T&C. Logically, the flight arrival time was at 6:30 pm but do you think I made the reservation for pickup service at 00: 40 am (No transferred flight)?
I deleted your service and never ever recommend your nonsense company name to anyone.
You are never "near me" when customers need you.
