NeckTree turns supported AirPods and compatible Beats headphones with head tracking into a lightweight posture-awareness companion for your iPhone.
Start a focused posture session to see your current forward angle, posture state, session time, and today’s score at a glance. When your head stays beyond the angle threshold you choose, NeckTree can send a gentle notification and haptic reminder.

Privacy
Head-motion data is processed live during a posture session and is never uploaded. Daily summaries and trends are stored locally on your iPhone. No account is required, and the app contains no advertising or user profiling.
