肝心なところがまだ英語

インストール当初（一年前）よりは日本語が多くなりわかりやすくなりましたが、トラブルシューティングなど困った時に使う部分が相変わらず英語で使いづらい、
問題発生しなければ設定や管理はしやすいですが間違った操作をしたりすると英語で怒られたりするので焦ります。

ルーターの挙動が不安定になりリセット→再設定したら勝手にビットディフェンダーセキュリティのトライアルも開始されてしまいました。
以前はこんなことなかったのに。なんか感じ悪い…
ビットディフェンダーセキュリティ自体は良いものですが既にPCにインストールしていて不要なんですよ。

a bit of a pain to update the router but good in longmont run

what assisted me in manually updating the router was a forum thread in which they described they had to update to a middle version- rather than directly to the most current version.

After getting it straight out of the box, i updated to v 1.12.0.20, then 2.1.1.12, then 2.0.0.56, (the status after each update kept saying “update failed”, but it still let me continue) THEN to the most current version.

a bit of a pain, but i enjoy having a new router satellite that boosts my connection. it’s great!

iphoneに入れたらテザリングできなくなりました

コントロール用にアプリをiPhoneにインストールしたらテザリングできなくなりました。
設定を入れ直してもだめで復元をかけてみると現在のところ内容が一旦バックアップを上書きしたもので復元されたためインストール前に戻れず。
Suicaも飛んでしまいました。
また、ブラウザでの設定ですがSafariは正常動作しません。
Firefoxではボタンが表示されなく
どうもchromeしか対応できていないようです。
製品としては良いと思いますが、導入時の管理管理環境は注意した方が良いと思います。

これからiPhoneを初期化してみる予定です。
