時刻指定で検索した場合の一覧表示がおかしいです。
検索結果の一覧の最上位に出てくるバスが、既に「のるバス停」を通過済だったら、遅れ時間も現在地も表示されず「ーー」となります。それ以降のバスも同様です。「のるバス停」未通過の場合も全て「ーー」です。これでは困るので改善してください。
終点到着済なら「運行終了」など表示してください。「ーー」では何も分かりません。
不確実な情報に惑わされて困ります。
バスが今どこにいるかや遅れ時間が出るようになっています。しかしどういう仕組みか分かりませんが、遅れ時間はだいぶサバを読まれています。現在位置(何停前通過等の情報)だけは正しいようで、遅れの時はわざわざ定刻ダイヤを調べ、今そこにいるという事は、本当は何分遅れているのか‥と自分で調べなければなりません。
そして、逆に10分遅れとなっているので、逐一更新しながらも少しゆっくりめに行ったり、近くのコンビニ等で時間を潰していたりすると、いきなりその表示が定刻通りに変わって、急いでバス停を見ると既に行ってしまっていて、結局乗り遅れてしまう‥なんて事もザラです。
そしてバスがかなり遅れる時がありますが、その時は何分遅れ等という表示はなく、"遅れ"とだけ出ます。何の意味があるのか分かりません。
意味というか、逆に惑わされて、とても困ります。
自転車等を使ってなるべくバスを使わないようにと思っていますが、夏だったりどうしてもそれが難しい時期は使わなくてはいけないので‥改善よろしくお願いします。
アプデ前に戻してください！
もう8年程アプリを使用している者です。
アプデがある度にどんどん使いにくくなっています。今回のアプデはさすがに耐えられないと思い、書かせて頂きます。
まず、何分遅れの表示がなくなったことです。西鉄バスは、ほぼ100%と言っていいほど遅延が発生します。私は電車に乗り継ぐことが多いので、何分位の電車にのれるのか、待ち合わせに遅れそうなくらい遅延している場合にはどのくらい遅れるのか、確認するために使っていました。しかし、今は「通過済み」の表示しかなく、遅れたかどうか、その次のバス停を通過したのかすらも分かりません。また、「いつもの」の表示が見にくくなり、「履歴」が確認できなくなりました。とても不便です。ほかのレビューも見た所、困っているのは私だけではないようです。1つ前の状態に戻すだけでいいので、迅速に対応お願い致します。
