NZeTA – Get it before you go

Download this free official New Zealand government app and use it to request your NZeTA and pay the IVL. The app is the fastest way to request an NZeTA and should take you less than 5 minutes.

You can use the app to scan your passport to upload your details and scan your credit or debit card for ease of payment.

You can request and pay for up to 10 NZeTAs in one transaction for your family or group.

What are the NZeTA & IVL?

The NZeTA is a border security measure introduced by the New Zealand Government on 1 October 2019.

Most visitors coming to New Zealand must pay an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) of NZD $35. The IVL is a way for you to contribute directly to the tourism infrastructure you use and help protect the natural environment you enjoy during your stay in New Zealand. 最低のアプリ　Worst app ever!

何度入力してもエラーが出るので、セキュリティソフト(ノートンなど)をアンインストールし、NZeTAアプリを再インストールした。今度は初期画面で「予期せぬエラーが発生しました」と表示され操作不能。これでNZ政府の公式アプリとは信じられない。結局、携帯アプリはあきらめパソコンで申し込みました。 Android版とiPhone版、両方のレビューをチェックしたら、サービス開始（2019年10月1日）からずっと、多くの人で不具合が発生しているようです。 Errors occurred even after multiple entries. And then,I uninstalled the security software (Norton) and I reinstalled the NZeTA app. Next time, on the initial screen "An expected error occurred" I was not able to operate the NZeTA app. Is it really an official New Zealand government app? Finally,I gave up on the mobile phone app and I requested for NZeTA by my computer. I checked the reviews for both the Android and iPhone versions. Since the beginning of the service(1 October 2019), many people have been experiencing problems and it is serious.

詐欺アプリです

何十回もエラーになり写真を撮り直しさせられ、やっと支払いまで行ったらずっとpendingの状態。1時間待っても完了せず、一旦アプリを切って最初からやり直しました。

途中の状態でなく最初の状態に戻っており、メールなども来ていなかったので支払いが失敗したのだと思い全部やり直しました。今度は支払い完了まで辿り着け、承認が降り手続きが完了したとのメールがすぐに来ました。

その後なぜか1周目の申請が開始されたとメールが来ました。そしてなぜか2日後にまた承認されました。請求は二重に来ている状態です。webとアプリで二重に請求された方がいましたがまさか同じアプリ内でも二重請求されるとは思いませんでした。完全に手続きが終わった後に申請が開始されていて意味がわかりません。
また同一個人が2回も承認される意味も分かりません。２つも承認されても仕方がないのでお金を返して欲しいです。

webが問題ないならそちらでやる方がいいと思います。私の場合防ぎ様がありませんでした。このアプリを使ったことがそもそも間違いでした。どうかレビューをご覧になってこれ以上被害に遭う方がいませんよう願うばかりです。

Do not use this app

Do not use this app!
It had already passed 6 day since I applied Nzeta ans status is still “pending”.
There is no way to ask what is happening andI have only one week before my trip, so i had to apply NZeta via HP and PAY 42 nz dollars (and It took only 10min to issued )
So, if you want save time and money, do not use this app
