Fixes a possible crash during app launch on iOS 9

You can now protect various settings with an arbitrary numeric code. The performance of various menus has been improved. The American style dances are now properly displayed in the break playback settings. Songs encoded with sample rates below 44.1 kHz are now fully played again. The recognition of broken MP3 meta data has been improved.

When you are using playlists or albums to add music to OnTheFloor, you can now choose in the „Play music“ section to show the songs either sorted alphabetically or in their original order. Furthermore, a new option allows you to play the songs successively in the displayed order.
