There is no account, and nothing is uploaded to a server. The reference content and gap math run on your device, drawn from publicly available information. Face ID lock is in Settings. Pendwrit is designed exclusively for iPhone. SUPPORT RESOURCES (in the Reference tab) USCIS Case Status, the CIS Ombudsman, your congressional casework office, and AILA find-a-lawyer. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled; it renews within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Lifetime is a single charge with no recurring billing. IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE Pendwrit stores all data locally on your iPhone. Beyond PDF generation, there is no built-in export, import, or backup. Your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder) when those are enabled. If you delete Pendwrit without an iOS Backup available, your records will be permanently lost.
