Pillscape helps you organize daily medication routines with visual reminders, flexible alarms, dose history, and refill tracking.
Create a medication list with names, strengths, forms, notes, and color tags. Add multiple local alarms for each medication, choose daily or weekday-based schedules, and mark each dose as taken, skipped, or snoozed from the Today view.
Optional label photos can help identify medications quickly. Pillscape uses on-device text recognition to assist with editable medication details when you choose a label image.
Built for privacy, Pillscape does not require an account, does not include ads or analytics SDKs, and does not upload medication details to a developer server.
