Coaches and event managers can effortlessly create events by specifying details such as number of groups, date, start and end times, and the maximum number of participants for each session. For example, for an event on 9/20/2024, Group A can be scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a cap of 5 participants, while Group B runs from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with up to 3 participants. Event Managers will receive their own team code to share with their participants, and the participants can easily join the team or group they’re part of. Signing up is a breeze—just click the sign-up button for the group you want to join!
