親切…尚且つ車移動をして頂いた…
夫婦で、草津に行った時に…もう一泊追加して頂きました。別々の旅行会社でしたが、2泊に成った時に、同じ部屋にしていただき楽しめました。草津の温泉畑もとても良くて、一人旅も楽しめそうな感じでした。屋内プールも有り、秋でしたがとても楽しめました。
カスタマーサービス以外は素晴らしい
アプリもとても使いやすいですが、カスタマーサービスが本当に最悪です。自分たちに非があっても一切認めない会社です。プラットフォーム上80000円ゲストに請求してるのに、ゲストに電話で間違えて74000円だけ払えば良いと伝えて、そりゃゲストは74000円しか払いたくないでしょうと伝えたら、「ホテルとカスタマーとゲスト、みんなの責任ですね。ホテル側で回収しといてください。うちはそういう解釈です」って言われて終わり。ゲストからは大クレーム。そりゃそうです。口頭で安い金額言われて予約したんだから。確かに集客で助かってますが、会社の体質みたいでびっくりしました。
写真が送れない、添付できない
など、無数のトラブルを抱えています。
bookingのカスタマーサービスも、アプリは知らんとか、無責任です。それでは、何なら知っておるのでしょうか。
泊まっていない人の手数料は課金されるは、それを言っても全く訂正しない、連絡してこないい、予約の料金は支払わないなど、bookingのサポートは終わってます。最悪です。
添付できるのも画像だけでexelなどのデータは元々添付できないけれど、画像すら貼り付けられなくなりました。アムステルダムでみんなpod headなのかもしれません。ほぼ企業として終わってます。
