This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, plus small display fixes. iPhone is unchanged.

Refillrack 2.0 — a pro upgrade that turns the refill calendar into a reliable supply manager, still 100% offline. • Refills-remaining tracker with a "time to call the prescriber" date projected from your last supply. • Refill-too-soon eligibility: the earliest date a fill is typically allowed (75% for regular, 85% for controlled). • Adherence view: Proportion of Days Covered, on-time streaks, and late-refill counts per medication. • 90-day-supply optimizer: trips per year for 30, 60, and 90-day fills and how many trips you'd save. • A "needs attention" dashboard (overdue, running low, renew soon, eligible). • Multi-pharmacy directory with per-medication Rx numbers and tap-to-call, plus a calendar (.ics) export. A scheduling tool, not medical advice. No accounts, no cloud — everything stays on your device.

Version 1.2 - Spending Summary - see your total recorded copay spend, average cost per refill, and projected monthly and annual cost for each medication. Tap Settings -> Spending, or open any medication's detail screen and tap the new Spending row beneath Refill History. Projections are calculated from the copays you've entered when recording refills. - Copay now visible in Refill History - each history entry now shows the copay amount you entered, right in the log. The summary card in Refill History also shows the total copay and average per refill at a glance. - PDF schedule includes cost data - the shareable PDF (Settings -> Export) now includes each medication's average copay per refill, total spend on record, and projected monthly cost, plus a grand total at the top of the page.

Version 1.1 • Refill History Log — every refill you mark is now saved permanently with the date and pill count. Tap "Refill History" on any medication to see the full log. History is never erased when you mark a new refill. • Drug Interaction Checker — offline check of your entire medication list against 60+ documented drug-drug interactions (FDA, Stockley's, NIH). Interactions are rated Contraindicated, Major, or Moderate, each with a plain-English description and management note. No internet connection needed. Find it via the shield icon in the Medications tab or Settings → Drug Interactions. • CSV Export — export your complete refill history as a spreadsheet for sharing with a pharmacist, importing into a health app, or keeping with your medical records.
