Return Due helps you protect your money after you buy. Scan a receipt to create a purchase faster. Return Due can recognize details such as the retailer, purchase date, amount, item information, and physical store address directly on your device. Review the suggested information before saving, and enter or correct anything manually when needed. When a physical store address is available, Return Due can save it with the purchase and open the location in Apple Maps for directions. Recovery Center See what is still recoverable, what is waiting to be refunded, savings you’ve found, and money you’ve already recovered. Return & Refund Tracking Follow a purchase from deciding, to return planned, to refund pending, to refund received. Return Due keeps the next step and important dates visible along the way. Receipt Intelligence Take a receipt photo or choose one from your photo library. Return Due reads receipt details on-device and suggests information for the purchase form. Multi-item receipts are handled conservatively, and uncertain information can be left blank for you to review. Price Adjustment Tracking Spot a lower price during a retailer’s adjustment window, see the potential savings, track your request, and record what you actually recovered. Policy Guidance Save retailer-specific return windows so new purchases can inherit the right deadline automatically. Return Due+ can also refresh curated retailer guidance with live policy updates for supported retailers. You can create your own retailer guidance and override live guidance when your situation requires a different return window.
