アプリのせいじゃないかもだけど

ringconn2楽しみにしててさっそく数日使ったけど今の所よい。

ストレスを具体的に可視化してくれるので、確かに家でリラックスしてる時はちゃんと低くなってたり参考にできそう。
低い時のコメントが素敵なことが起こっています、なのなんか好き笑

ただ気になっているのが歩数が実際より多く出てそう？なのはまだいいとして、全く眠っていないのに仮眠をとったことになっていることがあること。
リラックスしすぎてそんなふうに感知されてるのかもですが睡眠改善を目的に買ったと言うのも理由の一つなので、眠ってないのに眠ったことにされちゃうのはちょっと困る。
