SC Connect offers features such as: Central Resident Hub: All your apartment info in one place, right on your home screen. Seamless Montlhy Payments: Pay your monthly bills and any other payments like amenities, services etc. electronically with just a few taps. Complaints Management: Submit complaints directly through the app, complete with photos and detailed descriptions. Track the status of your request and receive updates in real-time. Complaints management made easy. Building Announcements & News: Stay up-to-date with important building announcements, news, and events happening in your community. Amenities Reservation: Reserve the building's amenities, gym, pool, salon, or community room, directly through the app. No more waiting lists or missed slots! Mail Delivery Notifications: Get notified when your package or mail is delivered to the building and receive instructions for secure pick-up. Guest Access Management: Generate temporary access codes ie. QR codes for your guests to enter the building, ensuring both convenience and security. Emergency Alerts System: Recieve emegency notifications, or notify staff in case of any emergency. Provision of safety guidlines and contact information.
