Scan Studio 7 is a major update with significant improvements to the app, which we hope you’ll enjoy - we welcome your feedback in helping make the app even better. - Scanning: The scanner is now much easier to use, with an intuitive and uncluttered interface. - Capture: Document focus & detection is far better and camera shakiness is fixed. - Cropping: Automatic cropping removes background objects such as surfaces resulting in crisper document outlines. - Saving: Every scanned page is saved immediately for peace of mind and a faster scanning experience. - Filters: Powerful AI models produce amazing looking scans with improved clarity, with improved shadow & artefact removal. - Export: Generated PDFs are much smaller in size with significant improvements to image quality. - Page Size: Document pages are now a uniform size for professional looking documents.

Automatic scan detection has been significantly improved in this release - documents are now captured faster, with improved automatic cropping - this makes scanning a lot easier as there's almost no need to adjust crop borders in the majority of cases. Other Improvements - Camera flash is now off by default during scanning to reduce glare. It's also been fixed so it remains switched on in between scans if it was turned on - Added a confirmation popup before closing the scanner to avoid accidentally losing scanned pages - The majority of our customers are using iOS 15 and above, so iOS 14 support has been dropped in order to better take advantage of the capabilies provided by the latest OS releases
