EXERCISE TIMERS Time-based exercises now have built-in timers. Set a target duration for countdown mode, or choose Open Target for a stopwatch that runs until you stop it. When the timer finishes, your set is automatically logged and the rest timer begins. BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and other bodyweight exercises are now properly supported. The weight field is hidden by default, with an optional +kg field for weighted variations. STANDALONE APPLE WATCH The Watch app now works independently.
