You will be able to find our Sol Former and Sol Yoga classes, as well as our Renata Franca massage therapies that are tailored to your needs, all accompanied by our Sol Café for a healthy boost.
Our Sol Former classes provide an innovative pilates-inspired method aiming to sculpt and design your body with our Sol Former machines. Our Sol Yoga classes offer a unique and intimate experience tailored to your needs.
From this mobile App you can view class schedules, sign-up for classes as well as view the studio’s location information.
