アプリが使いづらい

iPadを常時横向きで使用していますが、レイアウトが縦で固定されています。またアップデート画面でフリーズしてしまい、ヘルプページで問い合わせましたが、(ヘルプデスクはインド)機械的な返信しかありませんでした。(再インストールとかサイトのhow to動画を見てとか)ようやく手動でアップデートして解決。
また、ヘルプデスクからは、再び「ほかにお困りなら、お聞かせください」という内容のメッセージも来ました。
