さらに見る Your Apple Watch now shows your pace while you run or walk, and calls out every mile.
• Current pace in large type, with the run's average beneath it.
• Each mile (or kilometre) fills the screen with that split's pace for a few seconds. Tap to dismiss it.
• Spoken splits: turn on "Spoken Watch Splits" in Account and the Watch reads each split aloud through your AirPods or its speaker. Off unless you switch it on.
• Smaller Apple Watch models get a tighter cardio layout, so Pause and Stop stay fully on screen.
Fixes: the incline, weight and reps dials no longer race ahead when you barely touch the Digital Crown — a turn now moves one step at a time.
1.6.0 9月14日
Every set is now its own row when you create, edit or run a workout, with the Set, Previous, weight and reps columns lined up.
• Swipe a set to delete just that set. Swipe an exercise's name to delete the exercise (confirmed during a workout).
• Create/Edit: press and hold an exercise name to fold the sets away and drag exercises into order.
• Rest timer on iPhone: −15s / +15s buttons; the countdown now keeps the adjustment.
• Interval runs on iPhone show your distance so far.
• Pausing a cardio on iPhone now pauses distance too — nothing walked while paused is counted.
Fixes: deleting an exercise mid-workout no longer mixes up later exercises' history; "Apply to Template" no longer reorders your template or drops a re-added exercise; routines always list a workout's exercises in the right order; the Create/Edit sheet no longer closes on an accidental pull-down.
1.5.0 9月8日
Bug fixes:
• Deleting a set mid-workout no longer shifts the "Previous" numbers onto the wrong sets, and can no longer save a set with the deleted set's weight and reps.
• Outdoor route data from Apple Watch is now processed once per workout instead of twice.
1.4.3 9月3日
Reliability fixes for Apple Watch syncing:
• If the iPhone ever fails to open its database, it no longer confirms watch workouts it can't actually keep — your watch holds every workout safely and delivers it once the phone recovers.
• Heart-rate data from a synced workout is now processed exactly once, eliminating redundant work during sync.
1.4.2 9月2日
Bug fix: the Apple Watch app could run out of memory during long workouts (about an hour or more) and shut down before saving — losing the session. Memory now stays flat for the entire workout, so long workouts finish, save, and sync reliably.
1.4.1 8月31日
1.4 adds treadmill incline to your indoor walks and runs — on both Apple Watch and iPhone.
• Log your incline from the wrist — mid-walk, tap the new incline chip and dial the grade with the Digital Crown in the same 0.5% steps your treadmill console shows. It saves with the workout, no phone needed.
• Add or fix it later on iPhone — every indoor walk or run in Run Detail gets an incline tile: add a grade you forgot, correct one, or clear it. Your edit sticks, even if the watch re-sends the workout.
• Honest numbers — a workout where you never set an incline shows "--", not 0%. Flat means you said flat.
• Incline appears alongside distance, pace, and heart rate in your workout summary — one more piece of the story your training data tells.
Also in this release: a cleaner goal screen on smaller Apple Watch faces, and under-the-hood reliability improvements.

Version 1.3.3 is a bug-fix release. There are no new features and no changes to in-app purchases, permissions, or data handling. It corrects three calculation/display issues in the health insights: the sleep average in the Recovery report was divided across an extra partial day, the daily protein goal was updated from 1 g to 0.8 g per pound of bodyweight to match current sports-nutrition evidence, and the Nutrition report's "today" section now shows progress toward the daily goal rather than judging an incomplete day.
1.3.3 8月11日
Version 1.3.2 is a bug-fix release. There are no new features, and no changes to in-app purchases, permissions, or data handling. It fixes the iPhone Dashboard not refreshing automatically when a workout recorded on Apple Watch syncs to the phone — previously the user had to tap the refresh button to see their own workout. Note that reproducing this specific fix requires a paired Apple Watch; all other functionality is unchanged from 1.3.1.
The app reads heart rate, nutrition, body composition, and recovery metrics from HealthKit to provide training insights. It writes workout sessions with exercises, sets, reps, and GPS routes.
Background location is used to record GPS routes during outdoor cardio workouts (running, walking, cycling, hiking). Tracking only occurs during an active workout session and stops when the workout ends. A blue indicator bar is shown during background tracking.
The app offers a Premium subscription (monthly $5.99, yearly $34.99) and a lifetime purchase ($89.99). Free users get unlimited workout logging, full exercise library (403 exercises), all dashboard report cards, and complete workout history. Premium unlocks AI-powered insight detail views with Apple Intelligence coaching, cross-training analysis, and unlimited workout templates.
To test a workout: Open the app > tap a workout template (or create one via the + button) > add exercises > log sets with weight and reps > tap Finish to save. For cardio, add a cardio exercise (e.g., Outdoor Walk) and tap Start to begin GPS tracking.
All AI features use on-device Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models framework). No data is sent to external servers.
1.3.2 8月5日
This update is all about making your runs record correctly and arrive intact — especially long ones and workouts with more than one cardio exercise.
• Long Apple Watch runs keep their map. A route from a long outdoor run — an hour or more — now transfers to your iPhone in full and draws its map, instead of arriving without one. Heart-rate detail travels the same way. Your watch holds onto the data until your iPhone confirms it's saved, so nothing is lost if your phone is out of range, locked, or busy when you finish.
• Every cardio exercise keeps its own run. Put two runs or walks in one workout and each now records its own distance, time, pace, and route map, starting fresh from zero — no more borrowing numbers from the exercise before it.
• Cleaner finishing. When you finish with a set unchecked or a cardio you never started, the app tells you exactly what's unfinished and drops only what you skipped. Everything you actually did is saved, including a run you finish without tapping Stop first.
• Steadier Health tracking. Starting cardio is now quicker and more dependable, and if Apple Health needs a moment to finish up, you'll see a clear message instead of a timer that quietly records nothing.
• Fixes throughout — accurate distance units and completion on saved cardio, correct maps when you skip an exercise mid-workout, and no stray workouts left behind in Apple Fitness.
1.3.1 7月26日
1.3 brings structured cardio to StrengthAnalytics — on both iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Interval workouts — build a plan (warm-up, work/recovery rounds, cool-down) and run it hands-free. A full-screen "Get Ready," a 3-2-1 countdown into each effort, automatic round-to-round advancement with haptic cues, and a Skip button when you want to move on. Afterward, see a per-rep breakdown — time, distance, and pace for every round — right in your Run Detail.
• Distance & time goals — set a target distance or duration for any run. The live screen counts down to it, buzzes once the moment you hit it, and keeps recording past the goal so the extra distance still counts. Set your goal in miles or kilometers and it stays in that unit.
• Split buzzes — feel a light tap at every mile or kilometer, so you can keep your eyes up and your pace honest.
• Reliability & polish — your cardio now saves even if you tap Finish without stopping the set first. Distance and pace are tidied away for time-only exercises like jump rope, and your most recent run shows an "Intervals" tag on the dashboard.
1.3 6月25日
Running Reports are here.
• Running Reports (free): every run now gets a full breakdown — distance, pace, per-mile splits, heart-rate zones, elevation, and your route on the map.
• Running Fitness: follow your VO₂ max and running-fitness trend over time.
• Indoor runs now record distance more reliably across more Apple Watch models.
• Cardio workouts now show correctly in your weekly activity chart.
• More accurate distances and personal-record detection throughout the app.
• Paywall and formatting fixes.
1.2 6月17日
• Delete a workout. Logged a test session or made a mistake? Open the This Week report, press and hold any workout, and delete it — it's removed from your history, reports, and PRs.
• Outdoor walks and runs now save correctly to Apple Health. Outdoor cardio could previously show up as "Indoor" in the Apple Fitness app — outdoor workouts are now tagged correctly, route included.
• Routines keep up with you on Apple Watch. Finishing a workout in a routine now advances to the next one on your watch right away, even when your iPhone isn't nearby.
• More reliable workout sync. Completed Apple Watch workouts now wait for your iPhone to fully save them before clearing, so a workout can't be lost if your phone is out of range or busy when you finish.
1.1.5 6月16日
• Your Watch now remembers what you lifted. Starting a workout from a routine pre-fills every set with your last weights and reps — no more re-dialing the crown from old template values.
• Fixed mid-workout cardio on Apple Watch sometimes showing the wrong exercise screen, and pace/distance starting blank.
• Cardio summary now shows your steps, cadence, and elevation gain.
• Workout lists are sorted alphabetically on iPhone and Apple Watch.
1.1.4 6月12日
• Create your own exercises. Can't find your gym's machine or a movement we don't have yet? Tap "Create New Exercise" right in the exercise picker, name it, pick a muscle group, and it's added to your catalog — ready to drop into any workout or routine.
1.1.3 6月5日
• Routine sync, fixed for real: when you finish a routine workout on your phone, your Apple Watch now reliably moves to the next workout — even if your phone was in your bag, in a locker, or out of range when you finished. Walk up to the gym, glance at your Watch, and you're on the right workout.
• Behind the scenes, your phone now hands the Watch the updated routine directly instead of asking it to check back in, so the update arrives even when the two were briefly out of touch.
1.1.2 6月3日
• Indoor walks no longer time out — distance now tracks reliably for the full session, not just the first ten minutes.
• Rest timer reliably plays a haptic when the rest ends, even from your lock screen — no more missed cues when your phone is in your pocket between sets.
• Subscribing unlocks premium instantly. The "tap subscribe, restart the app" round-trip is gone.
• Editing a workout that's part of a routine no longer breaks your routine progression.
• Finishing a routine workout on your phone now syncs the routine forward on your Apple Watch — open the Watch later and the next workout is already queued up, even if the Watch app wasn't running when you finished.
• Smarter, more honest dashboard — Insights cards now tell you exactly how many more sessions you need before a trend unlocks, instead of "Insufficient Data" with no guidance. Nutrition reflects your weekly pattern instead of "Under-fueled" every time you check before dinner.
• Snappier navigation. The dashboard no longer re-runs HealthKit queries every time you tap into a detail view and back.
1.1.1 5月28日
• Plate Loading Sheet — tap any strength set's weight field to see your barbell laid out with the right plates. Type a target weight and the app picks the minimum plate count; non-achievable weights snap to the closest doable. Works with both standard bars and landmines.
• Illustrated exercise picker — 379 of the 403 exercises now show an illustration when you're adding them to a workout, with male and female body variants.
• Decimal-precision weight logging — log fractional plates like 2.5 lb or 82.5 kg. Reports preserve the precision.
• Post-workout celebration — finish a workout that hits a PR, your first session, or a streak milestone and you'll get a moment to mark it. Routine workouts get a quick toast and you're back to your day.
• Quality of life — left-swipe to delete any workout or routine. Apple Watch now follows your iPhone's lb/kg preference automatically.
• Sharper insights — PR detection now respects your weight unit (no more imperial users losing 5-lb plate progressions to noise). Strength Trend correctly credits reps-only progressions. New users see "gathering baseline" copy on Recovery and Nutrition cards while data accumulates — no more misleading averages on day one.
• Polish — Insights dashboard refresh actually refreshes. New-user "active weeks" no longer reads "1 of 17" on day one. Plus accuracy fixes across Weekly Summary, Cardio Trend, and the strength plateau advice on isolation lifts.
1.1 5月15日
Reliability fixes:
• Heart rate now records correctly for iPhone cardio workouts.
• Improved safeguards so your workout history carries over
cleanly across app updates.
• Clearer on-screen warning if workouts can't be saved, so
your data is never silently lost.
Thanks for the early support — keep the feedback coming.
1.0.1 4月18日
Your Apple Watch now shows your pace while you run or walk, and calls out every mile.
