Strongbox Zero is a version of the well known and loved Strongbox with all of the networking code and as many third party libraries stripped out as we could! Think of it as the Drag Racer version of Strongbox!

If you're a fan of Local Only password managers this could be the right choice for you.

The best offline Password and Passkey manager for iOS and Mac

I switched from 1Password more than six months ago when they transitioned to a fully cloud-based service. Storing your password, no matter how well encrypted, in the cloud exposes it to a larger attack surface. My only alternative was Keepass DB, and transitioning from 1Password to Strongbox Pro was a breeze. The introduction of Strongbox Zero further reduced the attack surface by allowing me to protect my database with a Yubikey and keep it only locally accessible. The developers are highly responsive and attuned to the community's needs. Great job!
