Introducing Shared Workout Plans

Sharing workouts allows you to send your day at the gym to friend. But with SwolTime you get to include time splits and notes for an even richer experience. Share your workouts with friends, clients, or anyone in your SwolTime circle. Ask your friends to send you their workout plan to gain insights into their training style, explore new ideas, and to stay motivated by connecting over what truly works.

Important Note: SwolTime has changed the name "Playlists" to "Workout Plans".

Other Additions:
- Added "Follow System Settings" as an option for the App Appearance

It’s good 👍

I’ve been using this app since it’s release, and I really like the way it’s streamlined my workouts. I used to just use the timer function on my phone, but this just feels much cleaner and I like how it keeps me on pace and doesn’t let me take extra rest times.

It’s a pretty simple app, but it keeps my workouts well paced and short and that’s all I want. The true value of this app shines during my HIIT workouts because I’m able to do back to back 30s intervals, using the rest time as the super set time.

One thing I wish I could do would be to make irregular set times in the total workout. I like to do 5 minute burn out sessions through out my workout and I have to clear the current workout sets to input the 5 minutes and then insert my sets again after.
