Notification and Live Activity reliability fixes: • Codex command notifications now show the command that needs your approval. • The Inbox keeps Approve/Deny bound to the request on screen, even if another arrives mid-review, and no longer traps the iPhone keyboard. • Status Only Live Activities keep their Review Request link without revealing command details. • Live Activities re-register themselves if the relay loses track of one, and delivery health now reflects real update tokens.
