The Values App is a life-changing tool designed to help you discover and live by your core values. Our assessment, based on 4 categories and 45 individual values, helps you understand and rank your top 5 values. Once discovered, you can establish micro-habits based on your identity tied to each value.
For instance, if "Kindness" is a core value, you can set up micro-habits to embody the identity of "Kind Person." With daily reminders for each of your scheduled micro-habits, you'll develop habits that nurture your values in your everyday life.
