CALMER TIMERS • Interval gong: a quiet bowl every 5 to 20 minutes inside long blocks • Calm display: a line instead of a ticking clock • Sleep timers fade out gently • Reminders now say "four minutes remaining", not "240 seconds" SESSION DETAIL Tap any past session to see it step by step. LOCK SCREEN A simpler Live Activity card, with progress that actually moves. Timers over an hour now display correctly, and closing the app clears the Dynamic Island.
