I subscribed but...

I subscribed to the ¥1000/monthly but was only able to use 1 hour of recording into text. Then they asked me to pay more (plus 700 yen/hour). Feels like a scam.

Our app does indeed offer a limited 3 hours of cloud-based transcription per month for the ¥1000 subscription, as clearly stated in our app description and subscription terms. The 1 hour you mentioned does not align with the subscription terms, and we would like to understand and resolve this discrepancy.

Additionally, our subscription includes unlimited transcription and dictation directly on your device, which does not count towards the cloud-based hours. We also offer a 3-day trial period for the monthly subscription to explore all features.

Please contact our support team directly so we can look into your account details and ensure everything is working as it should. We're here to help and want to make sure you receive the full benefits of your subscription.
